 NEED FOR EXPANSION:

 NOT ENOUGH EDUCATORS

 TO MEET COMMUNITY DEMAND

Demand for Dror Eshbal’s services is skyrocketing. Unfortunately, our current facilities are at capacity, and each year we turn away hundreds of young IDF graduates and educators who want to help build shared society through education. With every educator we lose, Israel loses more - the opportunity to change the future for thousands of young people.

 Currently

Our 90 educators reach 5,000+ participants each year in our schools for youth at risk, community-based preschools, community center activities, youth movement chapters, and other national programs.

 With 40+ More Educators

We hope to expand the depth of programming and build our reach to 7,200+ annually.

  Campaign to Raise $1.3 Million

We are embarking upon an Expansion Campaign to increase our physical space to house more educators, which in turn will enable us to reach more people with our much-needed services.

The total Expansion budget is $3.6 million for construction, program expansion, and campaign expenses. As testament to the success of Dror Eshbal’s existing programs, Israel’s Ministry of Finance has already committed $1.2 million. Dror Israel’s national organization has committed an additional $1.1 million.

As of June 2021, 3.5M has already been committed! Only $700,000 remains to be raised:

We have come to rely on Dror Eshbal educators for their expertise and commitment through the Dror Eshbal Boarding School and the Karmiel High School for Youth at Risk. Their leadership during COVID made all the difference in our ability to deliver food and medicine. Their expansion is critical to our continuing to meet the expanding needs of our growing city.”

Moshe Kuninski, Mayor of Karmiel
